Audrey L. Hoover

is honored with a Brick from Miles Hoover and Chuck Hoover.

Thank you for the opportunity to pay tribute to a wonderful individual who has earned the right to be a charter member in WSU's Plaza of Heroines.

Audrey L. Hoover retired after a career of more than twenty years at the WSU Library. Prior to and since her retirement, she has devoted endless hours of volunteer time at women's shelters and Planned Parenthood. She was named Kansas Woman of the Year by the Kansas National Organization of Women, and raised two sons, educating them both at WSU.
