GERALDINE LANSDOWNE RATHBONE

Geraldine Lois Lansdowne Rathbone was born in Wichita, Kansas, September 24, 1915.

She attended North High School where she met Jack Rathbone who also attended North High School. They went to Wichita State University (formerly W.U.).

She attended Stanford University in her junior year and returned to W.U. for her senior year.

She was an Alpha Tau, but joined Gamma Phi Beta in 1935.

She was Parnassus Queen at W.U.

She married Jack Rathbone in August, 1937, and has one daughter and one son . She has eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

She has lived in Wichita all but eight years of her life when she lived in Sterling, Kansas. She taught school in Antony, Kansas. She taught school in Anthony, Kansas for one year.

She is still living at the time of this writing. Her greatest love is her family.
