Before arriving at the Foundation, Patsy worked for 22 years in various capacities with Multimedia Cablevision in Wichita. She was vice president for programming and corporate administration when she left in 2000 to take the Foundation position.

Patsy has two bachelor’s degrees from Wichita State University, one in English and the other in business with an emphasis in accounting.

Patsy sits on the finance committee for the Wichita YWCA and previously was on the organization’s board. She also is treasurer of the WSU Women’s Association. Patsy previously served on the board of Diversity Kansas.
