Karlyn Kohrs Campbell
is honored with a Brick from Katherine Hawkins.
Each year, the Feminist and Women Studies Division of the National Communication Association recognizes one woman as its "Spotlight Scholar." This distinction is reserved for those who have consistently made significant contributions to feminist scholarship and pedagogy. The leadership of these women continues to provide encouragement and inspiration to others. Recipients are women of extraordinary conviction and character who serve as role models for other women in the discipline of communication. Karlyn Kohrs Campbell received this singular honor in 1994.
